Brand ambassador terms and conditions

General terms and conditions for the EasySleep GmbH brand ambassador program

 

  1. scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to your participation in the brand ambassador program of EasySleep GmbH, owner of the brand QUQON. By participating in our program, you agree to these terms.

  1. Subject of the contract

As a brand ambassador, you are responsible for the brand QUQON to promote and represent through various marketing and advertising activities.

  1. compensation

Your compensation will be paid after the return period of 101 nights for the product sold via your affiliate link has expired. The payment will be made automatically to the PayPal account you specified. There is no minimum withdrawal amount. All payouts are made monthly.

  1. Expenses

All costs associated with acting as a brand ambassador, including any expenses, are at your expense, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

  1. Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines

You are obliged to follow the brand's CI guidelines in all marketing and advertising activities QUQON to comply. Our CI manual can be requested if required. In the event of non-compliance, EasySleep GmbH reserves the right to terminate the contract.

  1. promotional material

Advertising material can be requested from EasySleep GmbH. The use of the material provided is mandatory and may not be modified without prior written permission.

  1. Contract term and termination

This contract is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with one month's notice to the end of the month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

  1. data protection

As a brand ambassador, you agree to comply with all relevant data protection regulations. In particular, you may only collect, process and use personal data to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Liability

You are self-employed and act at your own risk. EasySleep GmbH assumes no liability for damages that you incur in connection with your work as a brand ambassador.

  1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

EasySleep GmbH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. You will be informed of any changes in an appropriate form.

  1. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the contract. The invalid provision must be replaced by an effective one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
