A rude awakening after ordering? Certainly not available at QUQON. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer you completely uncomplicated return options. Here you can find out everything about returns, returns and return costs.

Initiate return:
To initiate a return, simply contact our QUQON team. Please be sure to contact us in writing by email so that we can be guaranteed your return request. Our email address for return requests is office@quqon.com

This is how the return works:
1. Initiate returns by email
2. After your return request has been successfully checked, you will receive all the details about the return from our QUQON team
3. You bring the packaged goods to the nearest branch of the parcel service you have chosen
4. We will receive your goods shortly and will immediately initiate the refund
5. Please note: Our general terms and conditions and cancellation conditions apply

What condition must returns have?
We ask for your understanding that we generally expect goods to be in unused, new condition with no signs of wear or damage in order to be able to refund you the full purchase price. If you have had a mishap with a product during the trial period, we ask that you let us know before returning it. We always understand this and are guaranteed to find a solution! :-)

How long is the possibility of a return?
QUQON offers an extended right of return for many products, beyond the statutory cancellation period. For mattresses, returns are possible up to 101 days after receipt of the mattresses. You can find out the exact return periods on the respective product pages and in our terms and conditions.

Return costs:
For orders whose original delivery address is in Austria, returns are free of charge. The prerequisite for this is that the order meets the criteria for a return and the return has been confirmed by the QUQON team. Customers from other delivery areas will incur return shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the respective delivery area, product and other circumstances. Please contact our QUQON team for more detailed information.

When will I get my money back?
The refund will usually be made to the same payment method that was originally used. We aim to issue a refund within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods. The time required to receive a refund may vary depending on the payment method chosen, with the amount being refunded either immediately or within a short period of time.
